Have some old jewellery that’s a little dated? Or fallen out of love with your favourite piece? Jewellery is made to be worn and loved, and if you find your jewellery lying in your jewellery case, it may be time to have it remodelled.
We offer in-store custom design and advice and can turn your jewellery into a new piece that you will love forever! Alternatively we can create a brand new masterpiece for your collection.
THE FIRST STEP
Research
It’s always good to have some idea of the kind of design you would like. This will make the design process a lot quicker and easier if you have pre-selected a shape, size or style.

CREATING A DESIGN
Making a Counter Sketch
Once you have an idea, we can start the design process, or if you still have no direction, we can help you.
With our state of the art custom design software we can explore different designs and ideas to create the perfect 3d design.
With your input we can create your masterpiece on-the-fly by simply changing your design with the click of a button so you can see exactly how your ring will look.
STONE SELECTION
Choose Your Own Gemstones
As diamond brokers, we have access to a multitude of diamonds in almost any shape, size, colour and clarity of your choosing.
We can also source almost any coloured gemstones you might desire. These stones can be in-store within a few days for you to view, so you can literally hand pick your favourite gemstones.
BRINGING YOUR DESIGN TO LIFE
3D Printed Model
Once we have one or more sketches of your dream piece of jewellery, we can send these through to our master jewellers to start making your designs a reality.
To make sure you are 100% happy with your creation, they will craft a 3D print in plastic in the correct size so you can even try it on before we create the real thing.
Adjustments can still be made at this stage and we can repeat the process until you are completely in love with your new design.
GETTING A PRICE
Quotes
Once we have all the information and specifications of your desired piece of jewellery, we can work out a final quote.
This will include any stones and metals we will be using and the Master Jewellers precious time to complete your masterpiece.
YOUR DREAM BECOMES REALITY
Crafting Your Custom Jewellery
With everything in place, it is now time to craft your custom piece of jewellery. At this point, we will send your hand-selected gemstones to our Master Jeweller who will carefully set them into the design that they have created for you.
All that’s left to do is wear your brand new piece of jewellery and enjoy it!

We offer in-store custom design and advice and can sit down with you and prepare a design that you will love. Using the latest CAD software you can modify any aspect of your design in minutes. We then send your design to our Master jewellers for them to create your masterpiece.
