We want your jewellery to arrive safely and on time. Here's how to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Step 1 — Check your shipping confirmation email
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains your New Zealand Post tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time.
Step 2 — View your order status online
You can also check the status of your order at any time by clicking the "View your order" link in any email we've sent you. This takes you to your personal order status page where you can see fulfilment updates and your tracking link.
Step 3 — Track directly with New Zealand Post
Once you have your tracking number, you can enter it directly on the NZ Post website:

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't locate your shipping email, we're happy to help — simply contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
