G-Shock Full Metal Series Watch - Multi Colour - GMWB5000D-1C

This special model is based on the full-metal GMW-BZ5000, which inherits the design of the original G-SHOCK DW-5000C and applies a generative design co-created by human designers and AI. The structure and exterior design draw on more than 40 years of G-SHOCK shock-resistant construction data.

The metal center case features a gradient rainbow IP finish symbolizing evolution and transformation, expressing the shifting energy of the future. Gold IP screws and rainbow vapour deposition on the glass add striking visual presence, while the complex, futuristic forms visible along the case sides highlight the watch’s structural beauty. A proprietary structure that connects the bezel and metal center case from above and below further emphasizes the intricate shaping of the rainbow IP metal center case.

Inside, a resin inner protector absorbs shock through elastic deformation, allowing the watch to meet G-SHOCK shock-resistance standards despite its full-metal construction. The stainless-steel case uses a screw-back design with excellent airtightness. The digital display uses a high-resolution Memory in Pixel (MIP) LCD, delivering finer rendering and improved readability compared with conventional LCDs. Four basic time display styles are available, and when linked with the dedicated app, the main display can also be set to a classic seven-segment font.

Bluetooth® connectivity enables automatic time updates via the app, while practical features such as MULTIBAND 6 and Tough Solar support accuracy and performance. Production takes place at Yamagata Casio, the birthplace of the original G-SHOCK, and this model comes in special packaging.
