This beautiful ITI (meaning small) Patu is made from Genuine NZ Kahurangi or Kawakawa Pounamu depending on the stone we have in stock.

Mere or Patu is a type of short, broad-bladed weapon in the shape of an enlarged tear drop. It was used to strike/jab an opponent in the body or the head, usually made from greenstone. The Mere signifies high status and gives the owner courage and strength.

We offer free CourierPost Express Delivery (1-2 working days) for all orders over $200 within New Zealand. Orders under $200 are $10 for standard New Zealand delivery or $15 for standard rural delivery. International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.
